Queens BLVD location’s manager JESSICA is not helpful, discriminative, workers look miserable and aren’t as friendly. Manager refused to give store credit because I didn’t have receipt but proof of bank statement. It was 2 brackets my bf bought as a gift that didn’t fit and no longer was carried in store. Called customer service and waited over 20 mins in store and they couldn’t even convince the manager! Horrible customer service, dissatisfied customer not planning on going back! #scam
